The claim board

The claim board is a persistent public post listing every account the bot knows about that has no owner yet, with a Claim Account button. It turns linking from a chore leaders chase people about into something members do themselves in ten seconds.

How it works

1. A leader posts the board from the Claim board section of /link dashboard, choosing the channel.
2. A member clicks Claim Account and picks their accounts from the list (multiple at once is fine; the list is paginated for big families).
3. The claim lands in your configured review channel as a card with Confirm and Decline buttons.
4. A leader confirms — the accounts are linked to the claimer — or declines, which sends the claimer a DM so they know.

Accounts that are already linked elsewhere are skipped automatically on confirm, so a mistaken claim can't steal someone's account.

Keeping it current

The board refreshes itself whenever claims are approved, so it always shows only what is actually unclaimed. It survives bot restarts — no need to repost it after maintenance.
